Job Description
Summary:
The QTI Group is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join their Executive, Professional and Administrative Search team in Madison, WI! In this role you'll support the Executive, Professional, and Administrative Search (EPAS) team by coordinating recruitment activities for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire positions. This role serves as a key point of contact for candidates and clients throughout the hiring process, managing candidate screening, interviewing, onboarding, and placement activities while providing administrative and project support to recruiters and search consultants. Hours are full-time between the hours of Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Pay is competitive based on experience, and a competitive benefits package is offered.Responsibilities:
Source and recruit candidates through job postings, resume database searches, networking, referrals, and direct outreach. Screen and interview candidates to evaluate qualifications, experience, and fit for client opportunities. Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, onboarding, and placement activities. Guide candidates through the hiring process and serve as a primary point of contact, providing timely communication and support. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within internal systems. Complete onboarding activities, including background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal team members. Partner with Sales and other departments to support client needs and ensure successful service delivery. Counsel temporary employees on attendance, performance, workplace expectations, and other employment-related matters. Manage work-related injury claims for temporary employees from initial report through resolution. Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruiting and business development activities. Provide recruiting, administrative, and project support to the EPAS team. Support quarterly check-ins, Annual Business Reviews, and other team initiatives as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Previous recruiting, human resources, staffing, customer service, or office support experience. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to build relationships with a wide variety of candidates, clients, and coworkers. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to independently evaluate candidate qualifications and make recommendations based on client needs. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly. #MMASBenefits
