Log and 300A Summary Manage workers' comp claims and return-to-work plans Data-Driven HR Use ADP and Excel to turn workforce data into decisions leadership can act on What You Bring 3-5 years of hands-on HR Generalist experience Real working knowledge of MN and WI employment law OSHA recordkeeping, incident investigation, and safety training experience ADP (or similar HRIS) and strong Excel skills The confidence to talk with a forklift operator in the morning and a VP in the afternoon Comfort with ambiguity and a fast pace, you solve problems, not just flag them Bonus points for: A bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field or PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or
