Develop and promote job opportunities through job boards, social media, networking events, and community partnerships while supporting DE&I recruiting initiatives. Ensure a positive candidate and new hire experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process. Coordinate and continuously improve new hire onboarding programs, communications, and HRIS processes. Administer and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring completion of required training and compliance programs. Support talent management initiatives, including career pathing, leadership development, performance reviews, and manager training. Serve as the Predictive Index (PI) system owner and leverage assessment tools to support hiring, development, and employee growth. Partner with HR leadership on compensation administration, including salary recommendations, market analyses, pay decisions, and internal equity initiatives. Qualifications 3+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist capacity Experience supporting employee relations, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle programs Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization Experience working with HRIS systems and maintaining confidential employee information Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred #
