We are hiring an experienced IT Manager with strong MSP experience to lead our technical team, own escalations, and drive projects forward. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT engineers Serve as the Level 3 escalation point for complex technical issues Oversee and drive client projects from planning through completion Manage team priorities across service tickets and project work Ensure high-quality service delivery and strong client relationships Improve internal processes, documentation, and efficiency Collaborate with leadership on strategy, tools, and service improvements Required Qualifications 3+ years of MSP experience Experience operating at a Level 3 Engineer or Senior Engineer level Proven experience managing or mentoring technical staff Strong project management experience with multiple concurrent initiatives Deep technical knowledge of networks, servers, security, and cloud platforms Excellent communication and leadership skills Preferred Qualifications CompTIA Security+ or equivalent security certification VoIP experience (deployment, support, or administration) Experience with RMM tools, PSA systems, and modern MSP stacks DiMAX Difference Makers No nights, no weekends, no holidays No on-call rotation Paid time off (open vacation policy + 5 unplanned personal days per year) Health Insurance (100% company-paid for single employee plan) Dental Coverage (100% company-paid) Long-Term Disability & Life Insurance (100% company-paid) No nights or weekends - regular hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday Tools, laptop, and diagnostic equipment provided by the company Supportive and team-oriented work culture
