This energetic position offers the opportunity to lead talent acquisition efforts, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with employment laws—all while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. You will be instrumental in driving HR initiatives that enhance workforce management, streamline HR processes, and promote organizational growth. Duties Lead talent acquisition processes by sourcing candidates through ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as Kenexa BrassRing, SAP SuccessFactors, or UltiPro, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. Facilitate employee orientation programs to onboard new hires effectively and introduce them to company policies and culture. Manage employee evaluation cycles, including performance management and feedback sessions, to support ongoing development and recognition. Oversee benefits administration, including FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) compliance and workers' compensation claims, ensuring employees receive accurate information and support. Coordinate training & development initiatives to enhance skills across the organization, utilizing HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms like Oracle HCM or Dayforce for data tracking. Support change management projects by assisting with organization design, succession planning, and affirmative action planning to align HR strategies with business goals. Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality, resolving conflicts through effective communication skills and conflict management techniques. Qualifications Proven experience in HR department functions with a strong understanding of human capital management principles. Knowledge of employment & labor law, HR legal compliance, OSHA standards, and regulatory compliance management. Proficiency in HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, UltiPro, Oracle HCM, or similar platforms; advanced skills in Excel data analysis are highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills and strategic planning capabilities. Strong communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information sensitively and effectively. Experience in recruiting, personnel administration, payroll processing, and benefits administration is essential. Familiarity with FMLA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, OSHA standards, and HR sourcing techniques will set you apart.
