About the
Role:
Join Baird's Equity Research Operations team as a Business Coordinator Intern and contribute to a collaborative group that drives efficiency, process improvement and innovation. You'll work alongside experienced professionals and equity research analysts to support key operational initiatives and help advance the department's strategic goals. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, high-performing environment. This is a hybrid internship, working 3 days per week in our downtown Milwaukee, WI office and 2 days remote. The intern must be able to work full time during the summer, 37.5-40 hours per week, and work part time during the school semesters, 15-20 hours per week. We are seeking a local student who can start in June 2027.

Support operational initiatives that drive efficiency, process improvement and innovation across the Equity Research department Collaborate with experienced professionals and research analysts to enhance team performance and client output Assist with department initiatives and projects including coverage lists, marketing materials and data sourcing Complete other administrative tasks, as needed What You'll Bring to

Pursuing a bachelor's degree - all majors are encouraged to apply Anticipated graduation date of May 2028 or later Ability to work within a team and on a self-directed basis Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with associates at all levels, both verbally and in writing Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
