HR Analytics & Strategy Intern

Company Overview BDP Management is a leading franchise operator of Planet Fitness, supporting a large network of locations and team members across multiple markets. Our HR team drives performance through data, insights, and operational excellence. Position Summary We are seeking an MBA-level Summer Intern to support the development and optimization of our HR dashboard and people analytics strategy. This role is designed for a highly analytical, independent thinker who can translate data into actionable insights and help define how HR measures success across the organization. This is a high-impact opportunity to partner with HR leadership and influence real business outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current HR dashboards and metrics to evaluate effectiveness and alignment with business goals
• Identify trends related to turnover, engagement, hiring, and retention
• Assess whether existing metrics are driving the right behaviors at the field level
• Recommend new KPIs, reporting enhancements, and dashboard improvements
• Partner with HR team members to better leverage data in day-to-day decision-making
• Develop frameworks linking HR execution to club performance
• Create clear, concise presentations translating data into actionable insights
• Support ongoing improvements to reporting processes and data accuracy Qualifications
• Pursuing an MBA or graduate-level degree (Business, Analytics, HR, or related field)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Excel and/or data visualization tools
• Ability to work independently in an unstructured environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Pay:
