About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Talent Specialist to join our team. This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources while gaining hands-on experience in talent acquisition, talent management, performance processes, and HR projects. The HR Talent Specialist will support day-to-day HR activities, help coordinate key people processes, and contribute to initiatives that enhance the employee and candidate experience. How You Will Make An Impact Provide administrative and coordination support for talent management activities, including succession planning and career development initiatives. Support talent acquisition activities, including candidate sourcing, applicant interviews, and onboarding preparation. Assist with performance management processes by helping track timelines, organize materials, and support employee evaluation activities. Compile and organize HR data and reports to support talent-related insights and decision-making. Assist with HR projects and process improvements by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and supporting follow-up activities. The Essentials Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred; relevant internship and/or employment experience will also be considered. Ability to learn quickly, manage changing priorities, and maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel Optional But Impressive Basic understanding of HR practices, employment regulations, and confidentiality requirements preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information professionally. Highly organized, adaptable, and eager to develop HR knowledge while supporting multiple priorities and team initiatives. Experience with HR systems such as Dayforce is a plus.
