Position Summary The HR Intern is responsible for providing human resources, administrative, and analytical support. The HR Intern works directly with management and the HR team on a broad spectrum of employee engagement, recruitment, process improvement, and organizational initiatives. Domestic travel may be required. Essential Functions Support analysis of basic HR data and key workforce metrics to build understanding of employee needs, business operations, and decision-making Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities and contribute to employee engagement, recruitment, and continuous improvement initiatives Communicate information clearly through multiple formats (written, verbal, and presentations) to support team and stakeholder understanding Other duties as assigned
