Job Description

Golden Years is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our team in a Human Resources position. This role supports many areas of HR, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, payroll, benefits, employee relations, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
Responsibilities include:
  • Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
  • Process payroll and maintain accurate payroll and personnel records.
  • Assist with employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and PTO.
  • Support management and employees with HR policies, procedures, and employee relations.
  • Maintain organized and confidential personnel files.
  • Assist with workers' compensation, OSHA, and other required HR compliance and reporting.
  • Help promote employee engagement and retention.
Qualifications We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, professional, and willing to learn. Previous HR experience is not required for the right person. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to learn new responsibilities are most important. Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office are preferred. Full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO), and more.
