Barfield Health Care is a family owned and operated skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility that believes in teamwork, excellent staffing, career advancement, and keeping our resident first! We are now accepting applications for an Employee Recruiter! This person would be responsible for advertising open positions, monitoring and maintaining various job boards, phone screening applicants, setting up interviews, and interviewing some candidates. We are looking for a creative, self motivated, and energetic person to fill this role! If you enjoy planning fun activities and boosting morale and are a licensed CNA this is the job for you! Employee Recruiters will assist all departments including nursing, administration, dietary, and more.
