What You'll Do As a Field Recruiter, you'll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing qualified candidates in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, and skilled trade roles. You'll partner with job seekers and hiring managers to ensure a great match while helping meet critical staffing goals. Key Responsibilities Source and recruit candidates through job boards, social media, community outreach, networking events, schools, and local organizations Create engaging job postings that attract both active and passive job seekers Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and match candidates with available opportunities Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates Partner with local clients and hiring managers to understand workforce needs Meet staffing goals related to time-to-fill, candidate quality, and recruiting compliance Process candidates through onboarding, including drug screens, background checks, and I-9 verification Maintain accurate candidate records within applicant tracking systems Participate in daily staffing strategy meetings and workforce planning discussions Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through placement What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED One year of staffing, recruiting, customer service, sales, or related experience preferred Preferred Skills Experience recruiting in a high-volume environment Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable using recruiting platforms, ATS systems, and technology tools Excellent organization and time management abilities Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced setting Passion for helping people and delivering great customer service Community involvement, networking, or outreach experience is a plus Why Join Us?
