The Admissions Student Worker serves as a student ambassador for Faulkner University and plays an important role in welcoming prospective students and families to campus. This position primarily supports campus tours, personal visits, recruitment events, and other Admissions activities. The Student Worker will represent the university by sharing their personal Faulkner experience, answering questions, and helping prospective students and families feel welcomed and connected to campus.
Responsibilities:
Lead campus tours for prospective students, families, and guests Welcome prospective students and families during campus visits Serve as positive and enthusiastic representative of Faulkner University Share personal experiences and perspectives about student life, academics, athletics, campus activities, and the Faulkner community Assist admissions counselors with personal visit days Help prepare campus spaces and materials for prospective student visits Assist with registration, check-in, and hospitality during recruitment events Help coordinate and facilitate on-campus recruitment activities Assist with large-scale recruitment events and Big Visit Days Support game-day recruiting and other special recruitment opportunities Help prospective students navigate campus and connect with appropriate university personnel Provide feedback to the Admissions team regarding prospective student experiences Assist with Admissions Office projects and other duties as assigned Recruitment and Event Opportunities Student Workers may have opportunities to represent Faulkner at both on-campus and off-campus recruitment events , including: Personal campus visits Big Visit Days and other large recruitment events Game-day recruiting College fairs and community events Lads to Leaders Exposure Summer Bible camps Youth rallies and other church/community events Other special Admissions recruitment and outreach activities
Qualifications:
