Posting Details Position Information Job Title Institutional Work Study - Admissions Ambassador (Beebe) Classification Title Campus Location ASU Beebe Job Description The Admissions Office on the Beebe Campus is seeking (3) Institutional Work Study students at 15 hours each per week for the Fall 2026 & Spring 2027 terms.

Duties include:

Provide campus tours to prospective students Assist with recruiting events on campus Any additional duties that the Admissions Office needs assistance with (prepping recruiting bags, answering the phone, and entering prospective student information, mailing acceptance letters) Salary Required Qualifications The ability to walk during campus tours and stand for extended periods of time at a recruiting table; the ability to lift up to 20 lbs.; basic computer skills; and the ability to speak to campus visitors.
