Duties Develop and execute comprehensive campus recruitment strategies to attract high-potential students across multiple universities. Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and selection using platforms provided. Coordinate and participate in campus career fairs, info sessions, networking events, and on-campus interviews to promote our organization's brand. Build and maintain relationships with university career centers, faculty, student organizations, and other key stakeholders to enhance recruitment efforts. Utilize social media management tools and university portals to promote internship programs and job opportunities effectively. Conduct research on emerging campus recruitment trends and continuously improve event planning and outreach strategies. Facilitate onboarding sessions for new interns or entry-level hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization through employee orientation programs. Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records Collaborate with HR teams on talent management initiatives, training & development programs, and succession planning related to campus hires. Experience Proven experience in campus recruitment or talent acquisition roles with a focus on university engagement. Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to deliver compelling presentations at career fairs or info sessions. Demonstrated success in candidate sourcing through social media management tools, university portals, and HR sourcing platforms. Skilled in project management with the ability to coordinate multiple events simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills for engaging with students, university partners, and internal stakeholders effectively. Ability to negotiate offers professionally and manage relationships that enhance our employer brand on campuses. Knowledge of social media platforms for employer branding campaigns and outreach efforts targeting student populations.
