Key Responsibilities:

Managing applicant tracking software and tracking candidate staging. Maintaining a database of job descriptions, screening questions, and candidate assessments. Conducting phone screens. General administrative functions as they relate to recruiting. Supporting initiatives to create marketing collateral as it relates to recruiting, brand awareness, and relationship building. Scheduling interviews for multiple divisions and hiring managers. Confirming interviews & following up with applicants. Willingness to be cross-trained on HR Generalist position.

Requirement & Skills:

Excellent time management & organizational skills. Ability to generate creative and effective solutions for the challenges of recruiting in today's market. Willingness to learn why we're passionate about the construction industry and inspire that same passion in potential candidates.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:

Work environment is consistent of an office and facility with construction equipment inventory and repair/service shop and may also include construction job site. Occasional lifting may be required up to 25 lbs. Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time with frequent bending.

Pay:

$20.00 - $21.00 per hour
