Monday-Friday Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist II is responsible for managing full recruitment life cycles, from sourcing to screening candidates to supporting onboarding activities. The Talent Acquisition Specialist II is responsible for providing professional recruiting services to help Baptist Health meet its current and emerging workforce needs.
Other information:
Bachelor's Degree or 3-4 years of professional experience within an area of Human Resources is required Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, and/or human resources preferred Professional in Human Resources (PHR or SHRM) certification preferred. Punctual and regular attendance Ability and willingness to travel (in and out of state) as needed for events Strong communication (verbal/written), organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with ATS, Human Resource tools Knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards Standard office environment, in-person with extended periods of computer use This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
