RESPONSIBILITIES

The schedule is Monday - Friday, 11:00am - 8:00pm This individual recruits, interviews, hires, and provides leadership for on-site staff at client site. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Fills and services client orders utilizing the Applicant Tracking System and communicates on open positions to appropriate departments and management. Conducts orientations and provides check-in support for employees, if applicable Provides accurate data/reports to client and managers in timely manner. Presents to client during quarterly reviews. Provides accurate, timely and complete daily activity reports. Ensures high quality of standards by conducting activities and maintaining systems that secure Doherty's position as provider of the highest quality service to customers.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Customer service experience Familiarity with MS Office Suite, especially Outlook Spanish and English speaking proficiency
