WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

You will spend your days running structured Zoom interviews and keeping pipelines organized. This is focused, in-office work where you will: Conduct 5 to 10 Zoom interviews each day Evaluate communication, professionalism, and overall fit Keep clean notes and statuses inside GoHighLevel Provide clear next steps that keep candidates moving Work with CSAs and CSMs to support client needs Communicate through phone, SMS, and email with professionalism Every interview builds your judgment, speed, and skill.

EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH

First Year Recruiters:

$50,000 to $65,000 with performance-based bonuses

Experienced Recruiters:

$60,000 to $90,000 based on results

Advancement:
