We connect top talent with opportunities in industries that build the future. 360X Staffing is seeking an experienced Skilled Trades Recruiter to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who understands the construction and skilled trades industry, knows how to connect with tradespeople, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing skilled trades professionals on construction, industrial, renewable energy, and other projects throughout the country. The ideal candidate is energetic, competitive, organized, and motivated by building relationships and making successful placements. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Source and recruit qualified skilled trades candidates, including electricians, welders, pipefitters, millwrights, HVAC technicians, plumbers, solar installers, and other construction professionals. Utilize job boards, social media, recruiting databases, referrals, networking, and other sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates. Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, availability, location, and project fit. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruiting and placement process. Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate the placement process. Communicate with candidates regarding job details, pay rates, schedules, project requirements, travel, per diem, and start dates. Coordinate onboarding activities, including background checks, drug testing, employment documentation, and other required compliance items. Maintain accurate and timely candidate information, notes, interviews, and activity within company recruiting systems. Work closely with Account Managers and Operations to understand current and upcoming staffing needs. Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified tradespeople for immediate and future project opportunities. Meet established recruiting, activity, interview, and placement goals. Stay informed on skilled trades labor markets, pay rates, candidate availability, and recruiting trends. Requirements Previous recruiting experience, preferably within skilled trades, construction, industrial, solar, or staffing. Strong understanding of the skilled trades industry and common construction positions preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable making a high volume of calls and communicating with candidates throughout the day. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a recruiting and operations team. Proficiency with recruiting software, applicant tracking systems, job boards, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. Why Join Us?
