ROP -benefits-and-perks-2 What you will do: The Talent Acquisition Specialist works as a staff member of the Human Resources Department team. This position reports to the Corporate Human Resources Director and/or Manager. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, interviewing and recommending candidates for vacant requested positions, managing the internal application process, and processing administrative referrals in addition to overseeing and assisting with all ROP site recruitment. This position does require traveling to our other site in Oracle, AZ.
To be considered you should:
Bilingual in English and Spanish ~ Good interpersonal skills including the ability to interview potential employees~ Must meet the requirements to be an eligible ROP driver. Must possess a current State Driver's License and have an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years~ High School diploma or equivalent~ 1 year working with youth in a child welfare or agency setting ~ Bilingual in Spanish and English~ Be at least 21 years of age ~ Valid Driver's License and clean record ~Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.
