Job Summary

This position interacts with a diverse population of prospective and current students; provides information as the first point of contact on campus. Duties include giving campus tours to potential students, processes admission, residency and registration related forms; assists students with online self-service. This role will also engage with new student outreach via email, chat, phone and SMS text. These tasks will be completed in support of the Welcome Desk as well as recruitment and new student orientation; other duties as assigned. Essential Functions

40%: Assist students with admissions, records and registration processes, guiding students through enrollment process and next steps 30%: Assist as needed at Welcome Desk 30%: Assist with new student recruitment (campus tours and outreach efforts) and other on-campus special events as needed

Minimum Qualifications

1. Some college and one year of relevant work experience 2. Experience providing high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment with a positive personality 3. Experience with data entry and online data platforms 4. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing Special Working Conditions

Main location is at our Pecos campus although t may be occasional need to attend events or provide support at the Williams Campus
