Job Summary:

The Staffing Specialist will work closely with the Branch Manager and Recruiter, assisting with servicing, recruiting, and various office task including day-to-day operations for a sales organization. If you are a jack of all trades, this position is for you!

Responsibilities:

Sourcing Pre-screening Onboarding Cold calling/Cold Emailing Upselling Data entry Scheduling Customer Service (in office and in the field) Multiline phone system

Skills and Experience:

HR knowledge Project Management Multi-tasking Excel Time Management Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Salesforce Recruiting or Sales is a plus Construction Industry experience is a plus

Requirements:

Bilingual (Spanish) Valid Driver's License Reliable transportation
