HR Recruiter

Description We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Bakersfield, California. In this position, you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a passion for talent acquisition and the ability to adapt to dynamic hiring needs.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial job intake to offer acceptance, for assigned roles.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using diverse methods, including direct sourcing, referrals, job boards, and networking.
• Provide hiring managers with detailed assessments and recommendations based on candidates' experience and suitability for the role.
• Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback, and facilitate offer processes to ensure timely decisions.
• Maintain accurate and organized records within the applicant tracking system.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines to meet both immediate and future hiring requirements.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring professionalism and clear communication throughout the hiring process.
• Stay informed about market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to guide recruitment strategies. Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Strong expertise in corporate recruiting and talent acquisition strategies.
• Proven ability to source candidates through various channels, including networking and job boards.
• Skilled in conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems to manage recruitment processes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
