The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and talent management. This position requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of employment laws and HR best practices. The Human Resources Specialist will contribute to creating a positive workplace culture and ensuring that our organization attracts and retains top talent. Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational needs. Conduct employee evaluations and provide guidance on performance management. Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws while handling employee relations issues. Collaborate with department heads on succession planning and training & development initiatives. Skills Proficient in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and internal recruiting. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes Knowledge of HR sourcing techniques and talent management best practices. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and employees at all levels. Ability to manage employee contracts and ensure compliance with relevant laws. Experience in employee relations, including conflict resolution and mediation. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
