This role operates as a consultative sales leader with recruiting authority, owning a personal book of business and contributing directly to branch profitability. This position is structured as 65% Business Development, 30% Recruiting & Talent Leadership, and 5% Administrative & Compliance. Time Allocation Breakdown Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • 5% Business Development & Revenue Growth (65%) Drive new revenue generation through strategic outbound prospecting and market penetration.
Build, manage, and expand a personal book of business with defined revenue and margin targets. Lead discovery meetings and workforce strategy discussions. Identify and close cross-selling and account expansion opportunities. Structure pricing models and negotiate service agreements and contract terms. Develop territory growth plans aligned with branch and regional revenue objectives. Maintain accurate sales forecasting and ATS pipeline management. Represent BBSI at executive networking events and industry forums. Consistently meet or exceed individual revenue and growth performance targets. Recruiting & Talent Leadership (30%) Participate in recruiting strategy discussions for strategic and high-value accounts. Responsible for full-cycle recruiting for all roles Deliver consultative talent insights including compensation benchmarking and labor market data. Partner with recruiting staff to ensure high-quality candidate delivery. Support offer negotiation and closing to secure placement success. Ensure alignment between client workforce strategy and recruiting execution Administrative & Compliance (5%) Maintain ATS accuracy for pipeline visibility and forecasting. Track revenue metrics, margin performance, and KPIs. Ensure compliance with employment regulations and documentation standards. Qualifications 3+ years of progressive experience in staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions with proven revenue production. Documented success generating new business and growing a book of business in a competitive market. Demonstrated ability to close mid-market to enterprise-level client partnerships. Strong executive presence with experience advising C-suite and senior leadership stakeholders. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and margin targets. Advanced consultative selling, negotiation, and contract structuring skills. Deep understanding of workforce planning, labor market trends, and strategic hiring initiatives. Proficiency in ATS systems, pipeline forecasting, and performance reporting. High level of business acumen with ability to connect talent strategy to financial outcomes.
