Escondido, CA A growing organization in Escondido is seeking a Temporary Human Resources Recruiter to support their team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and motivated professional with experience in recruiting, onboarding, and human resources support.Job Duties:
Source, screen, and review candidate resumes Conduct phone screenings and schedule interviews Coordinate communication between hiring managers and applicants Post job advertisements on various job boards and platforms Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and employee records Assist with onboarding paperwork and new hire orientation Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process Support additional HR projects and clerical tasks as neededQualifications:
Previous recruiting or human resources experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software systems Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationPosition Details:
Contract role Located onsite in Escondido, San Diego Full-time hours, Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pmPST Compensation:
