Duties Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for a wide range of roles, including technical, executive, campus, and high-volume positions, utilizing ATS systems such as UltiPro and Kenexa BrassRing. Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies leveraging social media marketing (recruitment), research techniques, cold calling, and talent management software to identify top candidates. Conduct comprehensive interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and facilitate candidate sourcing activities to ensure a seamless candidate experience. Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies and internal stakeholders to coordinate recruiting efforts effectively. Ensure compliance with employment law in talent management and HR legal standards throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Negotiate offers with candidates, manage onboarding processes including employee orientation and evaluation, and support employee relations initiatives. Participate in training & development programs to stay current on best practices in recruiting, HR systems, HR legal compliance, and employment law. Skills Proven expertise in full cycle recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and high-volume recruitment environments. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills for engaging candidates and hiring managers. Proficiency with talent management software such as UltiPro, Kenexa BrassRing, ATS platforms, HR systems, and talent acquisition tools. Deep understanding of HR sourcing techniques including social media marketing (recruitment), research methods, cold calling, and lead generation strategies. Knowledge of employment law in talent management and HR legal compliance to ensure ethical hiring practices. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Experience with employee orientation programs, employee evaluation processes, succession planning, and training & development initiatives.
