Administrative Business Partner, Autonomy at Horizontal Talent Administrative Business Partner, Autonomy at Horizontal Talent in Foster City, California Posted in 11 days ago. $32.00 - $66.00 per hour We're looking for a highly organized Administrative Business Partner to support a fast-paced Autonomy team onsite in Foster City, CA. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, brings strong judgment and discretion, and enjoys keeping complex priorities moving smoothly for senior leaders. Responsibilities Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and help ensure priorities are scheduled effectively Arrange domestic and international travel, process expenses, and support day-to-day administrative needs Prepare for meetings, capture notes, and help track follow-up actions Coordinate internal events and team activities from planning through execution and review Support multiple projects and requests at once while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment Communicate with senior leaders and stakeholders in a clear, polished, and responsive manner Skills 4 to 6 years of administrative or executive assistant experience Bachelor's degree Strong calendar management and scheduling skills Excellent organization and prioritization abilities High attention to detail and the ability to manage tight deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Keynote, and Apple products Ability to work independently, stay solution-oriented, and adapt quickly in a changing environment Preferred Skills Experience supporting senior leaders or executives Background in project coordination or event management Comfort working with a wide range of personalities and teams Exposure to board-level, public-sector, or other senior stakeholder interactions Strong interest in supporting innovative, mission-driven work This opportunity offers the chance to contribute to meaningful work while supporting a collaborative and evolving team.
