Recruiter II - Manufacturing/Supply Chain/G&A-Fremont

Johnson Service Group has partnered with a client and is seeking a Recruiter to support their hiring across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, and G&A functions. This role focuses on full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of positions, including Manufacturing Engineers, Process Engineers, Industrial Engineers, Production Planners, Manufacturing Supervisors/Managers, Repair Technicians, Quality Engineers/Technicians, and other operational roles. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and brings strong experience recruiting within manufacturing or supply chain domains. This is a Contract to hire, onsite opportunity based on performance in Fremont, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for manufacturing, operations, supply chain and G&A roles, including hourly and professional positions Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define job requirements, and develop effective sourcing strategies Proactively source candidates through job boards, networking, social media, and employee referrals Utilize Workday (or similar ATS) to track candidates, manage pipelines, and ensure an efficient hiring process Build and promote a strong employer brand to attract top talent Analyze recruiting metrics (KPIs, dashboards) to improve hiring efficiency and outcomes Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding

Qualifications:

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain environments Experience recruiting for roles such as manufacturing engineers, quality, production, and supply chain positions Proficiency with ATS platforms, ideally Workday Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment

Pay:
