HR Recruiter Coordinator Houdini - 4.2 Fullerton, CA Job Details Seasonal | Full-time 1 hour ago Qualifications Spanish ADP Payroll systems High school diploma or GED HR systems Full Job Description Please note: This is a seasonal position with full-time hours set to go through the end of the year (December 2026).
Schedule:
Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm Must be available to come in early for 1st day check-ins as needed. Must be available to work overtime as needed. Must be bilingual (Spanish) Must have previous experience working for a staffing agency/high volume recruiting. This position requires successful completion of a criminal background.
Overview:
The Recruiter is responsible for hiring candidates for Production, Warehouse, Distribution, and other miscellaneous positions within the organization for our Fullerton locations.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
The Recruiter will assist with various administrative functions to include but not limited to: Screening candidates through different hiring platforms and job fairs. Sourcing and screening candidates over the telephone and in person. Conducting interviews as necessary for walk-ins. Updating the staffing/tracking spreadsheet. Scheduling orientations for new/rehires. Onboarding Scheduling and administering testing as required for specialty positions in warehouse. Communicating with Supervisors regarding status of employee's hiring process. 1st day check ins The position will also carry out additional HR and administrative functions as needed.
Knowledge:
Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge such as: Word, Excel, and Outlook. Typing & data entry skills (at least 30 WPM) Knowledge of full cycle recruiting. Ability to work overtime Bilingual Spanish required
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Previous HR, general office and or administrative experience. Previous staffing agency experience. ADP experience
