$40,000-$55,000 + Uncapped Performance Bonuses True Path Financial is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, outgoing Financial Advisor Recruiter to help us identify and recruit talented financial professionals to join our organization. What You'll Do Recruit experienced and aspiring Financial Advisors and Financial Professionals Prospect for candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and outbound outreach Conduct initial conversations and candidate screenings Schedule qualified candidates for interviews with agency leadership Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective advisors Consistently follow up with candidates throughout the recruiting process Develop relationships with professionals in the financial services industry Track recruiting activity, interviews, and recruiting results Help support True Path Financial's continued expansion and growth What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Highly motivated and goal-oriented Confident communicating by phone, text, email, and LinkedIn Comfortable with outbound prospecting and recruiting Personable and able to build relationships quickly Organized and consistent with follow-up Competitive and motivated by performance-based compensation Experienced in recruiting, sales, staffing, or financial services preferred Financial services recruiting experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate. Compensation $40,000-$55,000 base salary + uncapped performance bonuses There is no cap on bonus earnings . High performers have the opportunity to significantly increase their total compensation based on recruiting results.
