Position Overview This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, or qualifications associated with the position. The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume hourly and management positions across multiple locations. This role partners with Operations to attract, interview, and hire qualified talent while building candidate pipelines and ensuring an efficient, compliant hiring process that supports the organization's staffing goals. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume hourly and management positions. Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and community partnerships. Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure quality hires. Coordinate interviews and partner with hiring managers throughout the selection process. Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet staffing needs. Extend employment offers and facilitate the pre-employment process. Track recruiting metrics and provide regular hiring status updates. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. Attend job fairs, hiring events, and recruiting initiatives as needed. Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Promote a positive candidate experience and represent the organization professionally. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years of high-volume recruiting experience; hospitality, restaurant, or retail experience preferred. Experience managing full-cycle recruitment for hourly and management positions. Proficiency with ADP Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong interviewing, sourcing, and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and hiring practices. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed. Ability to travel to corporate offices, job fairs, and company locations based on business needs. Ability to work at a computer for extended periods and use standard office equipment. Occasional evening, weekend, and local travel may be required to support recruiting and business operations.
