Talent Partners:

ambitious, driven individuals ready to make things happen. You'll work directly with founders and hiring managers at fast-moving startups. The work is intense, dynamic, and hands-on. You'll gain more experience in one year than most people do in three. What You'll Learn The VC and Startup Ecosystem in LA, SF and NYC How to build real relationships with clients and candidates How to find and evaluate great talent How to manage full-cycle recruiting How to use modern tools like Perplexity, ChatGPT, Gemini, Recruiter, Gem, and CRM systems How to communicate clearly and handle high-stakes conversations How to stay sharp and productive in a fast-paced environment What You'll Do Source and reach out to candidates Run recruiting workflows from outreach to offer Schedule and track interviews Keep tools and systems organized Help shape recruiting strategy and process What We're Looking For Class of 2026 or recent grad Strong writing and communication skills Curious, sharp, and quick learner Organized and detail-focused Genuine interest in startups, tech, and recruiting Hustler mentality: you want to win, not just show up
