Key Responsibilities:

High-Volume

Recruiting:

Source, screen, and hire candidates for material handler, manufacturing, and general warehouse positions.

Onboarding & Compliance:

Manage the hiring process from start to finish, including conducting orientations, guiding talent through app onboarding, and ensuring compliance.

Candidate Outreach:

Manage heavy daily call volume (outbound screening calls and handling inbound candidate inquiries).

Client & Employee Support:

Deliver exceptional customer service to site managers and warehouse staff on the floor.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing support, or high-volume HR administration.

Tech-Savvy:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.

Communication:

Good phone presence, professional email etiquette, and excellent interpersonal skills.
