Job Description:
Key Responsibilities Support the full-cycle recruitment process, including resume screening, candidate sourcing, phone screening, and interview coordination. Assist in identifying and engaging potential candidates through job boards, , internal databases, and other recruiting channels. Conduct initial candidate outreach and maintain timely communication with applicants. Help coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. Participate in talent market research and competitor mapping to support hiring strategies. Assist with preparing recruitment reports, candidate summaries, and market analysis. Support other HR-related tasks and projects as needed. Qualification Bachelor's degree or above, or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher Prior internship, academic background, or project experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with , job boards, or ATS systems is a plus Mandarin or Spanish speaking ability is a plus What You Will Gain Hands-on experience in talent acquisition and HR operations Exposure to full-cycle recruiting processes and hiring strategy Opportunity to work closely with recruiters, HR team members, and business stakeholders Practical experience in talent market analysis and candidate engagement.
