In this role, you will be the driving force behind sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent across diverse roles and industries. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles, including technical, executive, campus, and high-volume positions. Source candidates through multiple channels such as social media marketing (recruitment), talent management software, HR sourcing tools, and research initiatives. Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit while ensuring compliance with employment law in talent management. Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiting agencies to facilitate seamless talent acquisition. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) like UltiPro or Kenexa BrassRing to track candidate progress and generate lead pipelines for future hiring needs. Negotiate employment offers confidently while managing candidate expectations through effective communication and relationship management. Lead employer branding efforts via social media platforms to attract diverse talent pools and enhance our recruitment presence globally. Support onboarding processes by coordinating employee orientation sessions and conducting employee evaluations to ensure a smooth transition into the organization. Requirements Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, external recruiting, or high-volume recruitment environments with a focus on technical recruiting preferred. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication skills to engage candidates effectively at all stages of the hiring process. Familiarity with HR systems such as UltiPro or Kenexa BrassRing; experience with talent management software is highly desirable. Knowledge of employment law in talent management and HR legal compliance to ensure ethical recruiting practices. Ability to source candidates through innovative research methods, cold calling, and social media marketing strategies. Demonstrated success in relationship management across internal teams and external partners within a fast-paced setting. Experience working with ATS platforms like UltiPro or Kenexa BrassRing; proficiency in HR systems is essential. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
