The recruiter executes efficient, effective and consistent Recruitment activities in order to attract and recruit talented candidates to fill job vacancies.
Job Responsibilities:
Creates an outstanding candidate experience from initial candidate contact to job offer that is efficient and aligned with our values. Utilises global tools, programs and direct recruiting techniques to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates for assigned and anticipated vacancies Communicates effectively and proactively throughout the recruiting process Builds and maintains manageable talent pools in software systems Screens, interviews and prepares candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline Fosters and managers effective relations with stakeholders within the country organization to ensure alignment with sourcing strategies while managing stakeholder expectations Integrates the Diversity, Equality and Inclusion approach and knowledge into the recruitment
Skills:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role or industry Communicating effectively in verbal and written communication. Fluency in English is a must. Preference will go to applicants who are bilingual (English &; French). Building virtual collaborative relationships to facilitate current objectives Acting without needing direction from others - ability to work independently, take initiatives and responsibility, but also a team-player Knowledge of hiring talent on assignments and projects in an agile way to meet the demands of the rapidly changing business environment Knowledge of identifying, assessing, selecting and hiring suitable candidates for a job at company Knowledge of candidate behaviors and labour market trends Knowledge of interview techniques to assess candidates Knowledge of company corporate identity, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people, to ensure right representation
