Arena Staffing partners with construction companies across Southern California to deliver reliable, skilled trades professionals who keep projects moving. We build long-term partnerships with our clients and work to construct the future for our workforce. Duties Source and recruit skilled trades candidates through job boards, referrals, and outbound outreach Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess skill level, reliability, and job fit Dispatch employees to job sites and confirm daily attendance Maintain constant communication with field employees and clients Fill job orders quickly, sometimes same-day or next-day Build and maintain a pipeline of ready-to-work skilled trade workers Track recruiting activity and performance metrics Partner with sales to support client needs and workforce planning Ensure all onboarding, compliance, and documentation is completed accurately Requirements Construction and/or staffing experience required Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Strong communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized with strong follow-through Self-motivated with a sense of urgency Comfortable being held accountable to performance metrics Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + commission opportunity Medical, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off
