platforms Working knowledge of PO/job number tracking, certified payroll, and lien submittals Proficient in Microsoft Office with solid Excel skills (formulas, filters, pivot tables) Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites within your territory Strong Advantage Experience leading onboarding or rollover events for staffing clients Full-cycle recruiting experience in a staffing or light industrial environment Prior AR or billing coordination experience in a staffing or services environment What Will Not Work Here Waiting for someone to tell you what needs attention. This role requires self-direction and proactive follow-through across multiple workstreams simultaneously Letting compliance items slide, missing payroll deadlines, incomplete onboarding documentation, and late AR follow-up have direct operational and financial consequences Poor communication under pressure clients, recruiters, employees, and internal teams all need clear, timely, and honest updates from you Inflexibility around schedule or travel to onsite visits and field events. This is a core part of this role and not optional Candidates who are uncomfortable with conflict or ambiguity you will be managing field-level employee issues and shifting priorities daily Basic Qualifications High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred. 2-4 years of experience in staffing, HR, or operations required; light industrial or restoration environment strongly preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish required professional fluency in written and verbal communication. Familiarity with payroll systems (ADP, Paychex, or equivalent);ATS/HRIS
experience a plus. Understanding of PO/job number tracking, certified payroll, and job lien submittals. Proficient in Microsoft Office; mid-level Excel skills required (formulas, filters, pivot tables). Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
