Job Description
Overview . iStaffing Riverside is looking for a motivated, organized, and experienced NEMT Recruiter to join our team! This position will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for NEMT drivers, dispatchers, call center agents, and administrative staff. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer and onboarding handoff. Post positions on Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, and other job boards. Source candidates through referrals, social media, community outreach, and job boards. Review applications, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews. Verify driver's licenses, MVRs, background checks, CPR/First Aid certifications, and other requirements. Coordinate drug testing, background checks, DMV/MVR reviews, and medical clearances as needed. Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS. Work with operations to identify current and future staffing needs. Extend offers and coordinate new-hire handoff to HR. Track recruiting metrics and ensure compliance with applicable employment laws. Participate in job fairs and community hiring events. Qualifications 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in transportation, healthcare, staffing, or a related field. Knowledge of DOT/non-DOT driver requirements and transportation hiring standards. Experience with an ATS such as Workday, Greenhouse, or BambooHR. Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of EEOC, ADA, and applicable employment laws. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. High School Diploma/GED required; HR, Business, or related degree preferred. NEMT compliance experience is a plus.
