Job Description

Job Summary A financial services organization in El Monte, CA is seeking a Recruiter for a contract/temporary opportunity supporting full-cycle recruiting for branch and staff positions. This Recruiter role is ideal for a motivated HR, sales, or recruiting professional who enjoys building candidate pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and representing an organization professionally in the community. This opportunity offers exposure to a structured recruiting environment with supportive leadership, clear hiring processes, and the chance to contribute directly to workforce planning and talent acquisition success. The role is well suited for someone who values teamwork, professionalism, confidentiality, and strong communication while building a career in human resources and recruiting. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned open positions, including posting requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating assessments, presenting candidates, extending offers, and initiating onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers and recruiting leadership to review staffing needs, provide status updates, and support effective hiring decisions.
  • Build candidate pipelines through resume databases, referrals, advertising, cold calling, career events, and community outreach.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with schools, universities, and local community organizations to increase candidate flow and organizational visibility.
  • Use an Applicant Tracking System to manage recruiting activity, candidate records, and hiring process documentation.
  • Ensure recruiting and hiring practices comply with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as internal policies and procedures. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay rate: $33.60 to $38.46 per hour.
