Full-time About the Role We are seeking a Consultant, Engineering to support Design Engineering project scheduling, reporting, performance analysis, resource planning, and project controls. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to maintain project schedules, analyze performance data, develop reporting dashboards, and help ensure engineering projects remain aligned with business goals, schedules, and performance targets. Key Responsibilities Maintain Design Engineering project portfolio schedules for an assigned region and/or engineering discipline. Prepare and provide reporting on project lists, scope, status, and assignments. Coordinate project status updates using data from Excel, Access, and Power BI. Facilitate change requests and assist with re-baselining project schedules. Create and manage engineering performance metrics to track delivery against targets. Support Design Engineering resource planning, including LRP, EPEF, and histograms. Analyze company performance metrics, including financial, operational, and customer metrics. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into business and project performance. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure metrics align with business goals and objectives. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify areas for improvement, and recommend actions to enhance business performance. Provide guidance and support with performance goals, action plans, and progress tracking. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience updating and reporting project schedules using Primavera P6. 7+ years of experience preparing or supporting performance data analysis and reporting. Intermediate-level knowledge of Primavera P6, including the ability to: Use filters and layouts to build reports. Create histograms. Assess and analyze project schedules. Strong understanding of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and relationships/logic between activities that drive project schedule dates. Strong Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at different levels of management. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with design engineering and/or construction schedules. Strong Project Controls experience. Experience with Microsoft Access, SAP, and Power BI. Continuous Improvement or Lean Six Sigma certification.
