This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a hands-on recruiting professional who enjoys building relationships, supporting hiring managers, and helping fill a wide range of roles from high-volume production and labor positions to specialized and professional openings. The Corporate Recruiter will play an important role in supporting workforce growth, improving candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive hiring experience. This is a strong opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment and wants to contribute to a team-oriented workplace with supportive leadership, strong communication, and meaningful impact across the organization. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection support, and onboarding. Recruit for high-volume labor, production, operations, and specialized professional roles across the organization. Build and maintain candidate pipelines through job boards, social media, referrals, community outreach, networking, and local workforce resources. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, hiring timelines, and recruitment priorities. Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, availability, and fit. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in applicant tracking systems and support job fairs, employer branding, and talent acquisition initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits Pay range:

$22.00 to $25.00 per hour.
