Job Description
Job Description We are seeking a detail oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a client's recruiting team during the initial stages of the hiring process. This role will focus on candidate screening coordination, interview scheduling, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities

- Support the initial screening phase of the recruitment process by coordinating candidate pipelines and assisting with early stage interview logistics
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to schedule interviews, manage calendars, and coordinate virtual and onsite interview logistics
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience
- Track candidate progress through the hiring process and ensure all steps are completed accurately and on time
- Maintain recruiting data and status updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Assist in identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts or process bottlenecks
- Ensure the overall hiring process runs smoothly, meeting timelines and service expectations

- Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
- Experience scheduling interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones
- Comfortable working with ATS platforms and calendar management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams
- Prior experience supporting high volume or pipeline based hiring
- Familiarity with corporate hiring processes and interview workflows
- Pune based candidates strongly preferred
