Job Description

We're looking for a driven, enthusiastic Recruiter to join our busy Branch team. In this role, you'll connect top talent with exciting career opportunities while partnering with clients and hiring managers to help build successful teams. What You'll Do Own the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. Recruit for a variety of positions across manufacturing, warehouse, administrative, skilled trades, and light industrial industries. Build strong relationships with candidates, associates, clients, and internal partners. Create and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs. Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, career fairs, and community outreach. Conduct phone interviews and candidate assessments to identify top talent. Coordinate interviews and keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring process. Manage candidate activity and documentation within the applicant tracking system (ATS). Help drive Branch growth by meeting recruiting goals, hiring targets, and service expectations. Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through onboarding. What We're Looking For 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within staffing, agency recruiting, or high-volume hiring environments. Proven ability to prioritize multiple openings and work in a fast-moving environment. Strong sourcing, networking, and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Experience using ATS platforms, recruiting tools, and Microsoft Office. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about helping people find work. Bonus Points If You Have Staffing agency experience. Experience recruiting for light industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, clerical, or skilled trade roles. Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices. Pay Details:
$27.00 to $30.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan. Our benefit offerings provide employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. In addition, our associates may be eligible for paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable.
