Position Overview Under the direction of the Senior Manager, People Experience, the People Assistant is responsible for providing reliable administrative support in all areas of the People & Culture functional group. In this exciting role, the People Assistant will dive into recruitment, supporting efforts to attract and select top talent, assist with the facilitation of employee onboarding, and ensuring every new hire feels welcomed and prepared. This will also provide administrative support, maintain accurate employee records, and contribute to a seamless people experience that empowers our workforce. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist with job requisitions in applicant tracking systems including opening and updating new job requisitions and ensuring all job postings are up to date. Assist with scheduling interviews and applicant screenings. Travel to and attend job fairs and career events on behalf of the People & Culture functional group across the Bay Area Create and maintain employee files. Provide administrative support to special events such as new employee orientation and other staff programming. Process employee transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, terminations, and other people-related tasks in HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors). Ensure data integrity and maintenance of all records across all people systems, including conducting regular audits. Assist the assigning trainings and tracking compliance. Process various invoices in accounts payable system related to people operations. Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Other special projects and duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma and currently enrolled in a college or university and actively pursuing a four-year degree. Spanish language proficiency, including reading, writing, and translation required. Excellent communication skills

Physical Requirements Ability to utilize a computer for extended periods of time, communicate via phone and email with a variety of individuals. Ability to sit, stand and utilize a computer for extended periods of time. Communicate via phone and email with a variety of individuals. Ability to bend at the waist, reach overhead and lift up to 15lbs with or without accommodation. Physically navigate stairs and catwalks at SSE facilities during normal work hours and events with or without accommodation. Ability to work occasional extended hours including nights, weekends, holidays. May be required to travel to other company locations. May be required to attend conference and training sessions within Bay Area or in

Ability to bend at the waist, reach overhead and lift up to 25 lbs with or without accommodation. Ability to work occasional extended hours including nights, weekends, holidays (all with advance notice). Ability to work in a cold environment for extended periods, as the position may support operations at ice rink facilities. Will be required to travel to other company locations, including visits to Sharks Ice locations in San Jose, Fremont, and Oakland. May be required to attend conference, events, and training sessions within Bay Area or in
