We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Recruitment Professional to strengthen Lifehouse's hiring efforts.

What you will do:

Build and maintain candidate sources through community organizations, colleges, employment agencies, media, job boards, and social media Screen applications, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and recommend top candidates Schedule and coordinate interviews, prepare materials, and maintain consistent, proactive communication with hiring managers throughout the selection process Maintain communication with all candidates, including those not selected Initiate new hire clearances, including background checks and references; escalate concerns as needed What you will bring: Associate's degree or higher preferred Prior office and customer service experience required Recruitment and applicant screening experience required Experience completing HR or detail-oriented office documents accurately Experience with high volume recruitment preferred Why you would want to join us: Meaningful work that directly supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities Collaborative and mission driven leadership team Opportunity to strengthen staffing, recruitment, and workforce planning while building a positive candidate experience A role that balances technical recruitment expertise and a holistic, person-centered approach An organization committed to growth, accountability, and impact

Compensation and Benefits:
