This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, recruiting talent, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. This position combines candidate sourcing, recruiting, customer service, and business development and offers an opportunity to build a career in the staffing industry. Key Responsibilities Source and recruit qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, networking, and our internal database. Conduct candidate screenings and interviews by phone, video, and in person. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Maintain consistent candidate communication throughout the recruiting and interview process. Assist candidates with resume preparation, interview preparation, references, and onboarding requirements. Maintain accurate candidate and client activity within our applicant tracking system. Conduct outbound prospecting calls to companies and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and new business opportunities. Participate in client meetings and help grow existing accounts by developing relationships with additional hiring managers and departments. Qualifications Minimum of one year of professional work experience. Recruiting, staffing, sales, business development, or customer service experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with candidates, prospective clients, and hiring managers. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Strong technology skills with the ability to learn applicant tracking systems, job boards, social media, and other recruiting tools. Professional, persistent, and able to effectively handle objections and rejection. Strong attention to detail, time management, and follow-through.
