Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) Support full cycle recruiting processes from job posting to onboarding, including employment law compliance and employee orientation procedures. Coordinate interview schedules, facilitate candidate communication, and assist in employee evaluation processes to ensure a positive candidate experience. Engage in relationship management with external recruiting agencies and internal departments to streamline talent acquisition efforts. Participate in research activities for lead generation, succession planning, and high volume recruitment campaigns to meet organizational staffing needs. Experience Previous experience or internship in recruiting, human resources, or administrative support is preferred but not required; a strong desire to learn is essential. Demonstrated ability in negotiation, cold calling, and research techniques to identify potential candidates effectively. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates via social media marketing (recruitment), phone calls, and email correspondence. Knowledge of employment law in talent management, HR legal compliance, and external recruiting practices is a plus. Experience with technical recruiting or high volume recruitment processes will be considered an asset. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
